Quail Hollow’s Banquet and Board Room

Whatever your occasion, from corporate functions to small wedding receptions, celebrations of life, parties, and special events, Quail Hollow is a unique venue to host your event; our Banquet and Board Room offers an intimate setting for any occasion. Both rooms open to a balcony overlooking Quail Hollow Golf Course and panoramic views of the Boise Foothills.

The Banquet Room is a 1,000 square-foot space that can accommodate 80 guests, 60 seated.

The Board Room is a 300 square-foot space that can accommodate 26 seated guests.

Maximum capacity of 100 guests utilizing outdoor tent and balcony seating.

Rooms can be scheduled 12 months in advance.

Discuss catering options with the event coordinator.

 

Banquet Room Rental Rates (prices below DO NOT include tax)

Banquet Room  (first 4 hours):

     Monday through Wednesday - $400

     Thursday through Sunday - $600

Board Room (first 4 hours):

     Monday through Wednesday - $200

     Thursday through Sunday - $300

Additional Rental Time - $150 per hour

Additional Event Staff - $50 per hour for each additional staff

Event Fee (events/receptions/weddings - in addition to room rental) - $1,500

Security deposit - $300

Reservation Change Fee - $100

Driving Range Rental:

     up to 4 hours - $5,000

     4+ hours - $10,000

Wine Corkage Fee - $15 (must be approved by Event Coordinator prior to event date)
